If you’re an actor in your heart, no matter how much money they shove at you, it doesn’t matter if the work doesn’t provide that creative spark. You want out.

Acting is nothing more or less than playing. The idea is to humanize life.

The trick is to try and justify every word on the page and make sure my character is the man who would say that.

As an actor, you ask yourself what you can do to put yourself in a position where you can play that role.

My favorite roles usually have to do with the story, if it’s a good story I usually enjoy doing the character.

People do more important jobs than acting in film that should be recognised, but for some reason it’s big money, so people are elevated in status. If I was a bus driver, I’m sure you wouldn’t be interviewing me.
